So Soya+ Veggie Steak Strips (Add to Boiling water and Boil on High for 10 minutes straight. Rinse and pat dry before placing in saucepan)
Coconut oil (Or your favorite cooking oil)
Salt to taste while cooking (With Sea Salt or Lowry’s Seasoning Salt)
Add a full clove of crushed or minced Garlic
Black Pepper
1 Korrs Chipotle Cube (Or to reduce sodium you can use Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning)
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Thyme
One Onion
1/2 of a Red and 1/2 of a Yellow Bell Pepper
2 table spoons Barbecue Jerk Sauce (Optional)
Allow the So Soya+ Steak Strips to brown in the pan before adding the following ingredients:
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Scotch Bonnet pepper to sit in the middle (Optional. Pray that it does not burst before you remove it)
Cover and allow to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes then serve.
